Our mission is to empower young men under 25 to become responsible fathers by stabilizing their lives through community outreach programs, support, media, and educational materials that provide parenting skills, life skills, guidance, and career development education.

A Story of Hope, Struggle, and Dedication to Young Fathers
NewYoungFathers.com wasn’t just an idea—it was born from a moment that shook us to our core. In 2005, my uncle, Christopher Dandridge, showed me an article about a young mechanic who, after receiving his child support order, felt so overwhelmed and hopeless that he took the lives of the mothers of his children before ending his own. It was heartbreaking. As young fathers ourselves, we knew it didn’t have to be this way. What if that young man had access to support, guidance, and a community that helped him navigate fatherhood instead of feeling like he had no way out? That moment changed everything.
Today We Are Stronger Than Ever
NewYoungFathers.com has returned with a renewed energy: to help teen and young fathers stabilize their lives, grow into responsible parents, and create pathways to success for themselves and their families. Too often, young fathers are overlooked in community conversations. We are here to change that narrative.
Our Primary Program: Young Fathers Work Hard – Strategies for Success
Our flagship five-part program equips young fathers with the tools and confidence they need to thrive as parents, professionals, and community leaders.
What fathers gain:
• Parenting Skills – practical strategies to build stronger connections with their children and co-parents.
• Career Pathways – guidance on earning technology certifications and skilled trades training.
• Financial Literacy & Stability – tools to manage money wisely and build long-term security.
• Child Support Help – clear resources and guidance on how child support works, how to stay current with payments, and how to avoid legal pitfalls while maintaining positive co-parenting relationships.
• The Young Fathers Code – a set of values that gives fathers a clear standard to live by as parents and men.
This quarterly program serves up to 50 fathers per session and delivers lasting impact through workshops, peer support, and real-world application.
Media & Outreach
We’re reaching young fathers where they are.
🎥 Public Access TV Campaign
Our televised campaign highlights the realities of teen and young fatherhood, shares the Young Fathers Code, and provides clear guidance on how fathers can stabilize their lives through education, certification, and employment.

By lifting up the voices of fathers and sharing their stories, we’re building awareness and breaking stereotypes about young dads.
