At NewYoungFathers.com, we believe that becoming a father at a young age is the beginning of a beautiful journey. Our mission is to provide young fathers with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to be responsible, dedicated, and hardworking parents. Through educational materials, workshops, and a supportive community, we aim to reshape the narrative around young fatherhood and highlight the positive impact young fathers can have on their children's lives.

Our Seminars

We host a variety of events designed to support and educate young fathers:

• Workshops: Covering topics such as anger management, adjusting to fatherhood, setting priorities, and managing child support responsibilities.
   

Our Primary Program: Young Fathers Work Hard – Strategies for Success

Our flagship five-part program equips young fathers with the tools and confidence they need to thrive as parents, professionals, and community leaders.

What fathers gain:

• Parenting Skills – practical strategies to build stronger connections with their children and co-parents.

• Career Pathways – guidance on earning technology certifications and skilled trades training.

• Financial Literacy & Stability – tools to manage money wisely and build long-term security.

• Child Support Help – clear resources and guidance on how child support works, how to stay current with payments, and how to avoid legal pitfalls while maintaining positive co-parenting relationships.

• The Young Fathers Code – a set of values that gives fathers a clear standard to live by as parents and men.

This quarterly program serves up to 50 fathers per session and delivers lasting impact through workshops, peer support, and real-world application.
